· Carrying out research on Legal queries given by Manager/DGM Legal.
· Assisting Manager/DGM legal in preparing advice and opinions on various commercial legal matters.
· Assisting the department in reviewing agreements contracts and preparing contracts for execution and organize the same.
· Ensuring labor law compliance and assisting in managing labor litigation.
· Assisting in preparing filings with different government agencies/authorities
· Assisting in preparing replies to notices, including amongst other show cause notices from government bodies.
· Assisting the external counsels in relation to Corporate and Civil litigation by drafting and vetting plaints, written statements and witness statements under the supervision of seniors in the law department.
· Reviewing/Revising and scrutinizing of Deeds, Undertakings, MOUs, Legal Instruments, including amongst others, Power of Attorneys.
· Carrying out work assigned by Manager/DGM Legal in accordance with given timelines.
