- UK Based firm is looking for Customer Support Representatives.
- Excellent English speaking and listening skills and those who can work with team members.
- IELTS certification will be a plus point.
- Reply to emails and calls professionally to provide information about products and services, process orders, handle complaints, problem solving etc.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Process orders, forms and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
Requirements:
- Must have good written and spoken knowledge of English language
- Must have at least 4 year of customer services experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
