Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi Store Type: Homeware, Crockery & Tableware

Experience Required: 2–3 years (retail sales)

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
Guide customers in selecting dinner sets, serveware, glassware, and tableware items.
Provide accurate information on product materials, quality, and pricing.
Handle billing and checkout (cash, card, QR) through POS system.
Maintain store displays, shelves, and product arrangements.
Ensure all fragile items are handled and packed with care.
Support daily store tasks and coordinate with stock helpers when required.
Assist in stock refilling and report low-stock items.

Requirements

2–3 years retail experience (crockery/homeware/lifestyle store experience preferred).
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Basic knowledge of POS billing (training can be provided).
Honest, punctual, and reliable.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Comfortable handling delicate and fragile items.
