Position Purpose
Responsible for social media marketing, external communications, networking events and corporate client marketing.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop a structured networking environment for the centre’s alumni and clients
- Build REDC’s social media presence and create and maintain discussion forums aligned to REDC brand and marketing strategy
- Responsible for ensuring coverage and REDC highlights in the university’s internal and external communications
- Develop strong relationships with faculty and staff colleagues internal and external to REDC
- Responsible for identifying new and potential clients, generating client leads and marketing custom and open programs
- Conduct and manage client/corporate surveys, from time to time, to track industry trends and innovation
- Provide support to the marketing unit in client correspondence, setting meetings, drafting proposals, contracts, evaluations etc. for programmes
