- Preparation of financial statements for research projects / consultancies on various intervals, communication of balances/financial reporting to LUMS community and donors.
- Management of internal / external audits and appraisals of research projects / consultancies, along-with satisfaction of audit observations.
- Approval of Purchase Requisitions in SAP and management of expenses. This also includes approval of staff hiring on all projects.
- Reconciliation of project balances and providing Budget Utilization Reports (BURs) to Principal Investigators on regular intervals and as required.
- Providing support to all grants management stakeholder including creation of grants, budget upload, creation of derivation rules and setting up the release strategy.
- Assisting in generating financial reports from SAP for all stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned
