- Prepare all types of letters for Staff and Faculty e.g. Employment Letter, Promotion Letter, Visa Letters, Experience Letters and Confirmation letters
- Assisting benefits for Faculty, Staff and custodians for;
a) Smart Card Initiationb) Health insurance (Medical)c) Loansd) Female transport
- Assisting line manager in all Daycare activities
- Assist line manager in conducting employee engagement activities
- Process of LCSS employee medical, loan application on weekly basis with the help of line manager
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts
- Responsible for all other duties assigned by immediate Supervisor or HOD
