Responsibilities:
Mainly responsible for assisting in marketing / operations of Summer School @ LUMS
- Answering all email/telephone/mail queries regarding SSL
- Managing the open-enrolment programmes portfolio
- Assisting the AM/SO to implement all operational aspects of the marketing and running of programmes
- Develop strong relationships with faculty and staff colleagues internal and external to SSL
- Manage student and LUMS management relationships
- Manage the marketing aspects of all scheduled programmes such as:
- The creation and timely dissemination of marketing collateral (brochures, advertisements, emails etc.)
- Coordinating with the advertising agency, printers, and other vendors
- Coordinating with conference planners and other SSL staff for programme related issues
- Manage the operational aspects of programmes including:
- The screening and enrolment of participants (getting feedback of the programme director)
- Providing conference planners with complete applications of the participants well in advance
- Generation of invoices
- Maintaining payments (accounts receivables and payables)
- Coordination with the accounts department
- Generating timely revenue reports for each individual programme
- Managing website updates
- Any task (s) assigned by immediate Supervisor or HoD
Work Schedule: Business hours often extend into the evenings and weekends depending on workload. Flexibility and commitment is a must
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in the use of computer and well versed with the MS Office
