Main Responsibilities

·         Graduate Programme Coordination

·         Organizing and taking minutes at the School Graduate Programme Committee (SGPC) meetings

·         Drafting various policies formulated at above meetings

·         Providing complete support to the convener of the SGPC

·         Continuously updating the SBASSE Graduate Student Handbook and Course Structure as necessary

·         Maintaining graduate student lists and progress record files

·         Providing academic forms to graduate students and departments as necessary

·         Providing assistance to the Office of Admissions, Registrar Office and other LUMS departments regarding graduate programmes as required

·         Processing and verifying GAFs of students at the time of graduation

·         Attending the bi-monthly coordination meetings between the Schools and the Office of the Registrar

·         Manning the SBASSE stall and providing other required support at the annual LUMS Open Day, Orientation Week and Convocation

 ·         Organizing SBASSE events such as Graduate Student Orientation and PhD Colloquium
