We are looking for a HR Recruitement Specialist to join our team for our Lahore office who will be responsible for management and execution of end-to-end hiring process. The HR Recruitment Specialist will identify, screen, and present good candidates for on-going demands.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process
- Review job descriptions, Create and publish job ads on various portals
- Select appropriate sources (external or internal) to post job opening
- Review resumes in company database
- Conducting recruitment/telephonic interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
- Working with recruitment agencies/technical trade test and training centers to source candidates for specific job positions
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Maintaining HR records, hard and soft copies
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Preparing letters such as offers and confirmation
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent in HR
- Minimum 4 years proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
Other Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Rozee and Indeed
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with an ability to work under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Must have a valid driving license
Job Timings:
- 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM PKT (Monday to Saturday)
