We’re looking "Customer Service Manager" for a highly motivated and tactile individual to join our fantastic client, a leader in the world of direct-to-consumer health and beauty brands.
The role will involve managing a busy team with all aspects of customer care, from dealing with customer queries regarding products and orders, to managing our customer feedback online. The successful candidate will have proven communication and problem-solving skills, be well spoken with an excellent telephone manner and possess good written skills.
The day to day role will be varied so strong time management and prioritization is paramount.
