We are looking for services of Warehouse Inventory Officer
Candidate with prior experience will be preferred.
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
- Handling shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system
- Controls inventory levels by forecasting, planning, executing and conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
- Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, manpower status report
- Can audit the stock of the warehouse.
- Has a good grip on forecasting the sales and revenue of the company.
- Has worked on the audit of the sales.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; achieving KPIs
- Setup layout & space management; develop and implement procedures such as SOP, 5S, HSE protocols
- Complies with relevant regulations, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
Skill Required:
- 3 or more years of expereince in inventory operations
- Must have excellent grip on Microsoft Excel and all on formula's.
- Must be familier with software related to inventory operations.
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Must be good in report writing
