We are looking for a young, talented and energetic Sales Manager to add in our sales team. The person should be able to have strong coordination with his senior and hotel’s sales department. He will be extending his support through clients' follow-ups & coordination, making analysis and reporting of market trends, recommend sales approaches and leads, and executing the selling strategy to achieve the business objectives.
Specifically, he will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Analyze market trends and develop new business leads.
· Maximize all revenue opportunities.
· Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel.
· Understand the competitive market place and implement approaches to ensure the hotel stays ahead in the local market.
· Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients.
· Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities.
· Communicate with all departments as required within each hotel.
· Attend Sales events when required.
· Report on weekly/monthly basis appointments, calls made, and list of business leads.
· Answer customer queries in a timely and suitable manner.
