Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Email Marketer to join our growing team. The Email Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our email marketing campaigns that promote our online services to potential and existing customers. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by increasing engagement, acquisition, and retention of our customers through email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, acquisition, and retention of customers.
- Create and manage email lists, ensuring compliance with anti-spam regulations and best practices for list hygiene.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop visually compelling email templates and content that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the product and content teams to identify relevant topics and promotions that can be communicated through email.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to optimize email campaigns for better results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies to improve email performance and effectiveness.
- Work with third-party vendors to implement marketing automation and email tools that can improve our email marketing operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 months of experience in email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Proven track record of creating successful email campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Know about lead generation for Email marketing.
