Job Description

  • Create, update and manage files for each department
  • Create electronic database in sync with files
  • Keep track of office inventory, purchase and organize necessary supplies and materials
  • Perform general office administrative duties such as receiving incoming phone calls, circulating business correspondence etc.
  • Assist leadership team with various tasks as needed

  Qualifications and Desired Characteristics

  • Outstanding Business English writing skills
  • At least 5 years of experience with various file management systems
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from a U.S accredited University
  • Detail oriented individual who is willing to work hard to finish the job
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
  • Positive, professional demeanor
  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse team
