M5 Groupe: We are launching a new start-up and looking to hire a merchandiser who is interested and passionate about the textile industry and eager to learn more.
Qualifications:
- Have an Undergraduate degree, preferably with a marketing or research focus.
- At least 1 year of merchandising experience.
- Have excellent oral and communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Have an excellent understanding of and ability to use MS Office Suite.
- Have great teamwork, interpersonal, leadership and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Get an in-depth understanding of the product, conduct appropriate market research and make recommendations.
- communicating with buyers, analysts, stores, suppliers, and distributors
- planning product ranges, and preparing sales and stock plans
- analyzing the bestselling price points, colours or styles
- identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems
