The role will be primarily responsible to drive & manage the execution of sales strategy and customer acquisition process in order to meet, exceed portfolio growth and cross sell targets.

  • Achieve sales and activity targets.
  • Strengthen and build on the relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide efficient sales and service to customers and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Increase NTB relationships and cross sell products and services.
  • Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
  • Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
  • Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
  • Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales..Maintain strong knowledge of company’s products, pricing, policies etc, so as to educate clients on benefits.
  • Maintain strong relationship with existing customers for business retention.
