We're in need of a Purchase/Account Officer for the following Job Description:
- Enter data in the MRP as per standard operating procedures
- Generate required reports using MRP and MS excel
- Generate purchase orders using the MRP
- Follow up with suppliers for backorders and payments
- Extract, record, maintain and pay invoices
- Keep prices up to date in the MRP
- Maintain office culture
- Establish and maintain good relations with the vendors
- Handle additional responsibilities within and outside the department
