We are now actively recruiting experienced and talented Call Center Representatives / CSR and Business Development Executives having experience of lead generation with outbound calling in US and European Market. You will be responsible for cold calling businesses in US, Europe and Australia to introduce IT product/services and generate leads.
This exciting position will maximize your sales skills and provide substantial financial rewards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange Meetings/product DEMO's.
- Discovering New contacts Through Internet Research, Outbound Calls and Emails
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Working to monthly KPI's and targets
- Demonstrate key elements of the product to prospective customers and answers feature and functional questions.
- Update prospect interactions and statuses in CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Tele sales experience with a minimum of 2 year outbound International calling experience.
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral accent.
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual quota targets.
- Proven ability to work independently, take an ownership approach for sales to help the company achieve its goals.
- High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
- Fast learner with background in IT and IT enabled Product/Services will be preferred
