We are now actively recruiting Outbound Telesales/Lead Generation Specialists. The ideal candidates will be responsible for B2B Cold calling, identifying the right contact and pitching our product and services. All you have to do is to create & qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling and then pass them to Account Executives to close.
Job Responsibilites:
- Engage with prospects via telephone and email.
- Drive new leads via outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Calling on business owners, senior-level decision makers, and executives to promote our products and solutions.
- Update prospect interactions and statuses in CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
- Overcomes high level objections and qualify leads appropriately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in Outbound B2B telemarketing/telesales lead generation and prospecting.
- People with exceptional communication skills preferably with foreign accent (British and American)
- Fast learner with background in IT and IT enabled Product/Services will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently within a team environment with minimal supervision adhering to performance measurements and sales goals.
- Must be Vibrant / Energetic /Enthusiastic.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
