MachSol Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire new resources as "Technical Support Executive" / “Product Support Engineer" to interact with international clients.
The Selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Take ownership of tickets.
- Maintaining Day to day support activities for international clients.
- Assisting customer via Email, Helpdesk / Ticket System, Live Chat, Phone Calls.
- Performing installation of our product on client servers using RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk or other remote access tools.
- Conducting Online Trainings.
- Research each customer problem to ensure customer satisfaction
- Document issues & suggestions and report to concerned team.
- Following other tasks assigned by Support Team Manager.
- Increase technical knowledge, troubleshooting and customer service skills through self-paced training
At least bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Suitable candidates must have:
- Exceptional English language both verbal and written.
- Excellent typing and writing skills
- Ability to work night shifts including availability on weekends and holidays.
- Logical troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Self-driven, motivated and results oriented.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all the time.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Additional Skills (will be a plus to have):
- Microsoft Certification or Training (MCSA).
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server OS, Web Server, Database, SaaS, Web Hosting and Cloud system.
