As a production supervisor your key responsibility shall include but not limited to followings:
- Maintain workflow by managing sampling and production process for new collection as well as customers’ orders as per design and size and determine quality control standards.
- Production planning process in a most efficient manner keeping in view existing workload and resources constraint.
- Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data
- Managing permanent and temporary workforce sourcing including cutting masters, Stitchers and adda labor.
- Dealing with weekly and daily work allocation and matters such as quality control, wages payments and petty cash.
- Assessing resource requirements, manage supply chain (Fabric and material sourcing), overseeing cutting and dyeing process in a timing manner.
- Record keeping and documentation including timesheets, sample & production sheets, inventory & finished goods inward and outward gat passes
- Execute production plans and dispatch finished goods to the sale points (insider and outside Pakistan) and to the customers.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of equipment and resources
- Record keeping and excel Reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis
In performing these duties, you are expected to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Must have experience in garment / apparel industry
- An excellent team worker attitude with highly disciplined work ethics
- Ability to honor tight deadlines and whatever it takes attitude
- Interactive communication skills in order to get work done through labor in time
- Ability to priorities tasks and has an excellent record keeping skills
Flexibility and ability to do multitasking i.e. multiple tasks in parallel.
