- Meet with HOD to determine the scope of a project
- Determine the message the design should portray
- Create images that convey a message
- Develop graphics as assigned by HOD on time
- Select colors, images, text style, and layout
- Present the design to HOD or Director or Editor for checking
- Incorporate changes recommended by the HOD or director or editor into the final design
