We are looking to hire a full-time Sr. Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to join our team at Islamabad office and work on our current mega-project named Madina Mall & Residency which is one of the biggest projects in Islamabad.
- Developing and implementing the strategic sales plan with the collaboration GM Sales.
- Closing sales.
- Identification of customers who are interested in investing in the project or want to purchase an apartment for self-residence or shop for business.
- Preparation of project presentation according to the client’s needs and interest.
- Identify emerging real estate markets while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and face-to-face.
- Perform any other assigned task by higher management
