Our MEGA Real Estate (Residential and Commercial) project, situated in Bahria Enclave, Civic Zone, Islamabad requires energetic and hardworking employee for our site office.
- Develop new business and strengthen the existing business with strong liaison with customers
- Make sales pitch to our prospective/potential customers
- Identification of customers who are interested in investment in project or want to purchase an apartment for self-residence or shop for business
- Identify emerging real estate markets while being fully aware of new projects and competition status
- Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Adjust ales pitch to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- Perform any other assigned task by management
Note: Candidate must have real estate experience
