Able to judge repairing cost when required
Should have excellent customers handling skillsRepair mobile phones, tablets, mobile broad band (MBB) devices within the timeline of the defined process.- Ensure the highest repair quality standards.
- Coordinate with the front desk team to resolve the customer complaints.
- Keeping update with all technical documentation, Service Manuals and Bulletins to perform the repairs accurately.
