Primary Business Task Description:
• Supervising & engagement in Accounts Payable & General Accounting Practices
• Coordinate all the banking activities including online banking transactions /communication with Relationship Managers
• Supervision of VAT calculation & submitting related documents to the Government Authorities
Primary Financial Task Descriptions:
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
• Perform payments reconciliation – analyze vendors
• Prepare payment vouchers
• Handle timely invoice processing and posting of invoices
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries
• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
• Maintains historical records by microfilming and filing documents
• Disburses petty cash by recording entry & verifying documentation
Non - Primary Task Descriptions:
• Involvement in monthly/annual account finalization
• Preparation & maintenance of prepayment / accrual schedules
• Liaise with external financial auditors
• Calculation of monthly wages /salaries / overtime.
• Development & generation of analytical reports as per the management requirements
Requirements & skills to be fulfilled by the Candidate
· Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university major in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
· Full or part qualifications from a recognized Accounting Professional Body (CA/CIMA/ACCA)
· Well versed in Accounting Packages / ERP & MS Office (Specially in MS- Excel).
· Minimum of 3 Years’ Experience in a FMCG / Manufacturing Firm
