Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling payroll activities of the company.
- Recording expenses and handling vendor bills.
- Assisting management in making bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the annual audit of accounts.
- Doing an audit of expenses on monthly basis.
- Handling and reconciliation of petty cash expenses.
- Posting and processing journal entries of business.
- Track and monitor accounts receivables & payables.
- Issue & prepare invoices.
- Assist company management in the preparation of financial statements.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
- Adhere to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Update financial data in a timely manner.
- Ensure that information is accurate.
- Support senior accountants.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Fresh to 1 Year of experience as an Accountant.
- Residents of the Johar Town area or nearest will be preferred.
- Analytical mind.
- Critical thinker.
- Excellent in Accounting.
- Excellent understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Fresh to 1 Year of experience with good knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and relevant computer software.
- The minimum Qualification is B.Com.
- Required qualification for the Job is Bachelors/Masters in Commerce OR Accounting & Finance OR Business Administration.
- A Business Graduate with good knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and relevant computer software.
