Role and Responsibilities:
- A liaison between the domain experts & Development Team; elicit & document requirements; drive delivery of solutions to meet the company’s business goals and objectives
- Interacting with the business team/stakeholders to understand business needs
- Documenting business requirements & developing process flows such as unctional requirements specifications, use cases & user interface mock-ups
- Developing requirement specifications that are comprehensive in coverage and understandable by both business & technical audiences
- Developing software requirement specifications on the basis of business requirement document for developers
- Working directly with developers to turn business requirements into technical requirements
- Managing multiple projects & project plans simultaneously
- Testing & verification of the implementation, either directly or working with QA team
- Train users on new functionalities & Perform user Acceptance testing
- Issue tracking & oversight to resolution
Required Experience: Minimum 5-6 years for senior resource
- Driving projects from initial concept through system acceptance and post implementation support
- Interacting with the business team/stakeholders to understand business needs
- Designing the front end of the project and managing Human Computer Interaction
