MAHUM Builders is offering a 3 month internship for the role of “Site Engineer” for its constructions sites located in DHA, Karachi. There is a strong possibility of the position becoming a full-time job role.
- Supervision & reporting of construction activity at site
- coordinating site activity with contractors and sub-contractors
- calculating areas, sizes as per demand
- assisting in developing BOQs
- calculating material requirements as per demand
- managing inventories
- ensuring site activity is as per time-lines/schedules decided
- should be able to ensure site activity is as per Architecture, Structure and MEP plans
- should be proficient in analysing aforementioned drawings and identifying mistakes
- should be willing to learn DHA by laws
