Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Shaan Tech, located in the EPZA Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong practical background in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various shop-floor machines to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly to reduce production downtime.
- Operate and maintain CNC machines, manual lathes, and other industrial equipment with proficiency.
- Assist in the installation, setup, and adjustment of new machinery as needed.
- Keep tools and equipment well-maintained and comply with all safety standards and protocols.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical trade.
- 2 to 3 years of practical industrial experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Hands-on familiarity with CNC machines and manual lathes is essential.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges on the shop floor.
- Flexibility to work in shifts according to operational needs.
