  • Payroll preparation in excel
  • Maintenance and reporting of employee attendance
  • Employee screening & recruitment   
  • Drafting of HR Letter / Notices   
  • Liaise on with EOBI
  • Provide administrative support in handling employee onboarding, employee confirmation and documentation process.
  • Responsible for keeping employee records up to date.
  • Support Manager HR to liaise with Insurance companies for monthly addition/deletion of staff and following up on claim to facilitate timely
  • Any other work given by seniors
