Mall Manager

Q-Real Estate, a fast-growing marketing and development company focused on premium real estate projects in Lahore, is looking for a skilled and motivated Mall Manager to oversee operations at one of its upcoming malls in Bahria Town, Lahore. This full-time role demands a dynamic professional who can ensure smooth daily operations, foster positive tenant and customer experiences, and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the mall.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily mall operations, including administration, security, housekeeping, maintenance, and tenant relations. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for visitors and tenants alike. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and other initiatives designed to increase foot traffic. Manage leasing activities by coordinating with tenants and ensuring timely rent collection. Supervise facility management functions such as HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and cleanliness to guarantee optimal mall conditions. Monitor budgets and control operational costs to support the mall’s financial goals. Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations while ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Lead, train, and motivate the mall operations team to maintain high standards of service excellence and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is mandatory, with a Master’s degree preferred. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in mall operations or facility management, ideally within Lahore or other major urban centers. Strong leadership skills are essential, along with excellent communication and people management abilities. Proven experience in managing relationships with tenants, vendors, and multiple stakeholders is required. A thorough understanding of mall operations, leasing processes, marketing strategies, and customer engagement techniques is necessary to succeed in this role.
