Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor surveillance cameras and state-of-the-art surveillance programs
  • Ensure all components of the Command Center surveillance equipment are operating according to standards and protocol
  • Communicate video intelligence to supervisors
  • Support and assist in record/data collection that involves recorded video
  • Operate an extensive variety of pan, tilt and zoom surveillance cameras

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field, or experience in law enforcement, security or surveillance operation
  • Ability to operate an extensive variety of pan, tilt and zoom surveillance cameras
  • Ability to manage information and technical security programs
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a constantly changing environment
  • Demonstrate analytical problem-solving ability and critical-thinking skills
  • Possess professionalism, confidentiality and a positive demeanor
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
