The Mall of Sialkot are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will play an integral role in taking Sialkot Malls digital marketing foot print to towering heights.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing for The Mall of Sialkot, you will play a key role in delivering an effective integrated digital strategy to achieve The Mall of Sialkot business goals.
You will also be involved in:
· Excellent hands on expertise are required in all areas of online and social, covering SEO, Paid Media, Programmatic, Display, Mobile Search, and Social Search, Real Time Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Mobile and Content Marketing.
· Handling all digital marketing duties for the mall including social media, SEO, SEM, Online Ad, website revamp projects
· Content management for social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Wechat, Weibo and Instagram
· Perform data analysis and post campaign review to enhance and improve customer experience
· Assist in design and implementation of the CRM program and Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM software
· Liaise with different internal parties to ensure project is implemented smoothly and in a timely manner
· Formulating business/brand’s growth strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies.
· Developing effective performance management arrangements that support the achievement of the business’s overall targets, goals, and objectives.
· Identify opportunities to improve the productivity and efficiency of programs and campaigns
· Work closely with the marketing colleagues in order to ensure that there is a shared goal of improving marketing program and campaign performance and also in revenue targets for the business.
· Act on and deliver business insights through detailed tracking, data analysis, and testing of consumer data and acquisition channels
· Work with forecasting tools that integrate research insights and sets of data to create and optimize campaigns.
· Responsible for assessing pilot programs, their effectiveness, and long-term value for money.
· Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences/behavior and proactively optimize existing campaigns and deliver new programs.
· Developing new and creative marketing initiatives that facilitate personalized, relevant and contextual communication and is able to track and act on consumer behaviors at a more individualized level.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a rock star digital marketing lead, with a natural flair and excitement for the Digital world.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
· Bachelor's Degree/MBA in business, marketing, advertising, statistics or related field.
· 4-6 years’ experience in core Digital Marketing, servicing multi brands and/or global luxury brands.
· Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices.
· Experience in A/B Testing
· Strong analytical and project management skills
· Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
· Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
· Experience with web build/design and HTML is required.
