We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and friendly customer service agent to join our team and provide top-notch service to customers through Emails and live chats. Also you will be required to handle some administrative tasks on as needed basis. A few examples of admin task are as follows:
-Working with CRM-Completing invoices-Generating Orders-Some research work etc.In this role, you will interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve problems, and maintain our company’s reputation for high-quality service. Since our customers are native English speakers, so it is very important that you write professionally and without grammatical mistakes.You will work 9 hrs x 6 days a week, Mon-Sat. Working hours will be US business hours starting 6pm PKT. We'll provide all the training required for this position. Qualification & Must haves: - Bachler's degree.- Internet and tech savvy.- Minimum 2 years of Customer Support experience assisting international clients (preferably US).- Excellent writing skills in English and grammar.- Good command of Microsoft office (word and excel), Gmail, Slack.- Must be thorough and pay attention to details.- Great organizational skills.- Must be easily trainable.The shortlisted candidates will complete written test, those who pass the test will be eligible for interview.
