Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems to ensure information is current and accessible.

- Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely responses or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with database management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
