We are looking for a dedicated Control Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vehicle tracking control room. This role involves managing the monitoring activities, ensuring timely responses to alerts, and coordinating closely with technical, support, and field teams. The manager will also handle operations related to banking and corporate clients, focusing on maintaining high service quality and strict compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise control room staff to ensure smooth 24/7 monitoring operations.
- Monitor fleet activities and escalate incidents promptly to the relevant teams.
- Manage shift schedules and evaluate staff performance to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system and device-related issues.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly reports detailing tracking activities and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify process improvement opportunities and conduct training sessions for staff development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in vehicle tracking, logistics, or control room operations.
- Strong leadership abilities combined with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in tracking software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage operations across different shifts.
