Our client is looking for a Manager of Accounts & Finance to lead and manage the reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable and receivable, while supporting overall financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in ledger reconciliation, vendor and customer account management, tax compliance, and financial analysis. A thorough understanding of accounting principles paired with strong attention to detail is critical to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly and quarterly reconciliation of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely adjustments.
- Identify discrepancies and investigate variances, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure accurate posting of vendor invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Support financial reporting by assisting the CFO with data analysis and monthly closing activities.
- Prepare and maintain reconciliation statements for banks, suppliers, and customers.
- Assist with sales tax and withholding tax calculations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors during annual audits and provide required documentation.
- Monitor internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Education: ACCA / CA (Part Qualified), MBA Finance, M.Com, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance, preferably within the fashion, retail, or textile industries.
- Skills:
- Strong expertise in account reconciliation and ledger management.
- Solid understanding of taxation and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 220,000 to Rs 250,000.
