We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) who has successfully cleared all CA examination papers and completed at least 3.5 years of articleship with a reputable CA firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and financial regulations, combined with excellent leadership, technical, analytical, and organizational abilities. A proactive mindset, high ethical standards, integrity, and strong communication skills are essential. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with occasional extended hours to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support business objectives. Oversee general ledger management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in audit and regulatory processes. Conduct detailed financial analysis to aid in strategic decision-making. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support. Adapt to a dynamic work environment, including occasional late working hours as required.
Required Qualifications
Chartered Accountant qualification with all examination papers cleared. A minimum of 3.5 years of articleship experience at a reputable Chartered Accountant firm. Advanced knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements. Demonstrated strong leadership, analytical, technical, and organizational skills. Excellent communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail. High ethical standards and integrity in all professional dealings. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time position based at the Lake City Office in Lahore. The working schedule consists of 8 hours per day, 6 days a week. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs190,000 to Rs240,000. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a professional environment that supports growth and development.
