We are looking for a skilled accounting professional with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting standards and practical experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements. Proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP systems is essential. This full-time position involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing cash flow, processing vendor and employee expenses, reconciling inventory, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting audit processes. Candidates must be able to commute reliably or be willing to relocate to Lahore before starting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain comprehensive financial records by accurately entering transactions and preparing financial statements and reports as required by management. Monitor banking activities closely to ensure efficient cash management and perform regular bank reconciliations. Review vendor invoices for accuracy, ensure timely recording in the accounting system, identify and resolve discrepancies, process cash requirements for wire transfers to multiple vendors, and reconcile vendor ledgers. Manage employee expense reports by reviewing claims and processing reimbursements promptly. Verify and reconcile stock and inventory levels, monitor daily sales summaries, and reconcile sales including discounts and returns from stores or markets. Prepare data for filing withholding tax returns, assist in financial reporting, ensure compliance with local tax regulations, and provide support during audits. Conduct financial analyses such as variance and cost analysis to aid business decision-making.

Required Qualifications
Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, ACMA, MBA, or M.Com are required. Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in accounts handling with a strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles. Hands-on experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements is essential. Proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP software for accounting and financial management is mandatory. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to classify accounts accurately and maintain overall accounts accuracy.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The monthly salary range is Rs 90,000 to Rs 125,000. Candidates must be prepared to commute reliably or relocate to Lahore prior to joining. Experience with QuickBooks is a mandatory requirement for this role.
