A manufacturing unit is looking for an energetic candidate for the post of Manager Administration and Hr. who is well versed with labor laws and can perform following jobs:
Preparing, maintain and implement Admin / HR policies in line with Company’s vision, mission and strategic objectives achievement.
Managing Administration / HR Department to ensure optimal utilization of their maximum potential.
Projections to ensure that all future administrative and human resource requirements are met within time, budget.
Supervise and maintain record of staff misconducts, disciplinary proceedings ensure strict compliance of applicable policy, procedures, rules and regulations.
Ensure contracts, insurance requirements, and government regulations and safety standards are followed properly.
Purchasing and maintenance office equipment, general maintenance of office accessories i.e. Generators, UPS, Photocopiers, Air conditioner, Printer, telephone lines etc.
Plan long and short-term maintenance needs & Modernize and update equipment, Oversee support services.
Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to the purchase or sale of equipment, materials, supplies, products, or services.
Arrange & maintaining company transport including drivers, their duties and overtime working schedules, timely pick & drop arrangements of office staff.
Supervise building's operations and maintenance, real estate, project planning and management, communication, finance, facility function and environmental factors.
Oversee renovation projects, Plan workspaces, Monitor facility for security.
Implementation of company policies & procedures also dealing with Govt. Agencies (K-Electric, PTCL, SSGC, KW&SB and others).
Capable of facing compliance Audits (SA 8000, ICS, ISO etc. etc.) as management representative (MR).
And ready to perform any other job(s) entrusted by the management which are not specified or covered in the above list.
