Job Description

Incumbent will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the team aligned with organizational goals and policies.
  • Oversee the administration affairs of the overall organization in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Oversee ongoing, short & long term property management to ensure the viability, continuity and growth of organizations assets.
  • Manage the provisioning of office utilities and other logistics arrangements.
  • Oversee the facilitation for auditors during review & audit.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline the admin related issues.

Qualification/Experience

 

  • Master’s degree or equivalent qualification preferably in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences or other relevant discipline from a HEC recognized national or international university.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a national/international development sector organization
  • He/she must be a team player, system thinker, goal driven, innovative and action oriented individual.
  • Should have strong analytical, leadership, interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Team player with demonstrated success in management of teams in complex and demanding environments.
  • Willing to travel in the field across Pakistan.
