Incumbent will be responsible for the following:

Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the team aligned with organizational goals and policies.
Oversee the administration affairs of the overall organization in accordance with organizational policies.
Oversee ongoing, short & long term property management to ensure the viability, continuity and growth of organizations assets.
Manage the provisioning of office utilities and other logistics arrangements.
Oversee the facilitation for auditors during review & audit.
Coordinate with other departments to streamline the admin related issues.

Qualification/Experience

Master’s degree or equivalent qualification preferably in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences or other relevant discipline from a HEC recognized national or international university.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a national/international development sector organization
He/she must be a team player, system thinker, goal driven, innovative and action oriented individual.
Should have strong analytical, leadership, interpersonal and communications skills.
Team player with demonstrated success in management of teams in complex and demanding environments.
Willing to travel in the field across Pakistan.
