Manage Inventory of Warehouse & Site Stores;
- Maintain an update record of all company assets
- Scrutinize Purchase Requisitions
- Regulate and keep record of receipt and issuance of materials in Inventory Management System
- Verify bills / invoices of all stores
- Transfer / Dispose of assets .
- Ensure Inventory balance to be verified with physical stocks.
- Regulate Diesel demand, receipt & distribution.
- Maintain diesel distribution record in inventory management system.
- Preparation and reconciliation of monthly diesel expenditure report.
- Ensure proper repair / maintenance of Fuel Dispensers & Diesel Browsers.
