Jazz Business is looking for a Brand Manager to lead marketing communications and brand strategy across five major enterprise technology portfolios: Garaj Cloud, Quantica, C&IB, GSM (Mobile Enterprise Solutions), and Fixed Connectivity. This role combines analytical skills with creative storytelling to manage multiple brands, ensuring consistency and driving customer-focused campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels. Reporting to the Head of Brands & Communications, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with CRM and digital marketing teams, playing a key role in strengthening Jazz Business’s market presence and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for Garaj, GSM, and Fixed portfolios to enhance market positioning and business relevance. Build a unified brand narrative that aligns Jazz Business solutions under a cohesive and value-driven identity. Translate complex business priorities and technology offerings into clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that support sales, product, and vertical-specific objectives. Lead creative development efforts, manage agency partnerships, and oversee multi-channel campaign rollouts to ensure brand alignment and maximize impact. Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance and effectiveness.
Oversee the creation of brand and product content across digital platforms, PR, offline channels, social media, events, and executive communications. Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity across all brand assets and touchpoints. Support thought leadership initiatives by developing articles, customer stories, and industry narratives that reinforce brand authority.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign and brand performance, and prepare dashboards for key initiatives. Analyze engagement metrics to generate actionable insights that improve ROI and communication strategies. Drive lead generation and customer engagement through campaigns, webinars, and vertical-specific activations.
Collaborate with CRM and Sales teams to design nurturing journeys and engagement programs tailored for enterprise clients. Integrate brand communication efforts with product-led growth and event marketing initiatives. Promote internal understanding and advocacy of Garaj, GSM, and Fixed offerings across Jazz Business.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure cohesive storytelling. Act as a brand guardian by ensuring consistency, compliance, and clarity across all communications.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have 6 to 8 years of experience in brand management, B2B marketing, or communications, ideally within telecom, technology, or SaaS industries. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Strong knowledge of integrated marketing communication principles is necessary, along with an analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and apply insights effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, analytics tools, and presentation design is expected. The role demands proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects efficiently, combined with creative problem-solving skills, strategic business acumen, and keen attention to detail.
