Jazz Business is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead marketing communications and brand strategy across five key portfolios: Garaj Cloud, Quantica, C&IB, GSM (Mobile Enterprise Solutions), and Fixed Connectivity. This role demands a combination of analytical insight and creative storytelling to craft impactful, data-driven campaigns that engage business audiences and deliver measurable results. As a vital member of the core brand team, you will work closely with CRM and digital marketing teams and report to the Head of Brands & Communications – Jazz Business. Based in Islamabad, this position offers a unique opportunity to shape Jazz’s enterprise technology brand presence by building trust, visibility, and customer-focused narratives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for Garaj, GSM, and Fixed portfolios to strengthen market positioning and business relevance.
- Create a cohesive brand narrative that unifies Jazz Business solutions under a clear, value-driven identity.
- Simplify complex business priorities and technology offerings into clear, differentiated messaging.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with sales, product, and vertical market objectives.
- Lead creative development efforts, manage agency relationships, and oversee multi-channel campaign execution ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
- Use data and performance metrics to continuously refine and optimize campaign outcomes.
- Manage the production of brand and product content across digital, PR, offline channels, social media, events, and executive communications.
- Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
- Support thought leadership through articles, customer success stories, and industry narratives that enhance brand credibility.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor campaign and brand performance, and prepare reporting dashboards.
- Analyze engagement data to extract actionable insights that improve ROI and communication strategies.
- Drive lead generation and customer engagement through campaigns, webinars, and vertical-specific activations.
- Collaborate with CRM and Sales teams to design nurturing journeys and engagement programs tailored for enterprise clients.
- Integrate brand communication with product-led growth initiatives and event marketing efforts.
- Promote internal brand advocacy by enhancing understanding of Garaj, GSM, and Fixed offerings within Jazz Business.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure unified storytelling.
- Act as a brand guardian to maintain consistency, compliance, and clarity in all communications.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in brand management, B2B marketing, or communications, preferably within telecom, technology, or SaaS industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing communication principles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and apply insights effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, analytics tools, and presentation software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills combined with strategic business acumen and attention to detail.
