Job Responsibilities:
- Explore new business opportunities on Warehousing, Transportation and Value Added Services to achieve the budget (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) of assigned business.
- Build relationship with existing customers for rate revisions and business enhancement by exploring other business segments.
- Focus to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas in line with Blue Ocean Strategy to grow market share and improve customer experience.
- Analyze scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Act as a product specialist to build awareness and understanding in Sales and Ops teams.
- Work on a thorough understanding of key customer’s customized needs through frequent visits, resolve their issues and provides a solution which includes end-to-end supply chain advisory in accordance to their needs.
- Conduct extensive research and analyze economic conditions, prevailing business activities such as industry/business trends and competition to identify new opportunities/clients.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Stay updated on competition with strong market intelligence
- Prepare sales activity reports, proposals and presentations in a timely manner.
- Monthly and quarterly business review preparation and presentation.
- Vendors exploration and development to achieve optimized cost models that will help to win customers.
- Prepare/share input on feasibilities to evaluate offering to customer.
- Coordinate / discuss and negotiate with Corporate Finance on approvals on business feasibilities.
