Job Responsibilities:
- Development of commercial contracts as per Company’s standard, based on customer’s requirements.
- Ensure vetting of contracts through Regional Heads and processing them through Regional legal team, for necessary approvals.
- Building customer relationships in order to continue winning new contracts and ensure customer satisfaction by providing superior services.
- Preparing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensure its compliance by Operations team.
- Overseeing contract renewals and rate revisions.
- Maximize sales volume and revenue in the assigned territory.
- Analyze data and generate reports to identify potential for business growth.
- Ensure that the organization complies with contractual obligations as well as state and federal regulations.
- Attend networking events to identify business leads.
- Conduct market research and analyze competition.
- Overseeing branding / marketing activities to ensure all efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Coordination with Sales team for lead generation.
- Reviewing procedures pertaining to recovery from customers and identify areas of improvement.
- Overseeing recovery activities and facilitate in resolving escalated cases.
- Assessing ageing accounts with Manager Recovery and advise corrective actions needed.
- Ensure correct data and support documentation is shared with customers, within agreed timelines.
