The Manager Distributor Payments at JazzCash is a strategic leader responsible for driving the digitization of the payments value chain within the supply chain ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies aimed at increasing digital payment adoption among distributors and suppliers, focusing on major industries including FMCG, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, and beverages. Lead and manage a team responsible for prospecting, shortlisting, onboarding, and nurturing distributor and supplier relationships, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and support for transitioning to digital payments. Collaborate closely with large manufacturers and principals to promote digital payment adoption within their distributor networks, ensuring alignment and engagement from the top down. Coordinate with regional teams to maintain consistent alignment of merchants along the payment value chain, offering strategic guidance and operational support. Work in partnership with internal teams to design and refine payment solutions tailored to supply chain stakeholders, leveraging industry insights and stakeholder feedback. Monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement in supply chain payment processes. Provide ongoing support and coordination to field teams during the rollout and scaling of digital payment initiatives.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in business development, channel management, or related roles within the supply chain domain. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and delivering organizational goals effectively. Extensive experience working with FMCG, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, or beverage industries is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is considered an advantage. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of distribution channels and industry dynamics, capable of translating insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making and continuous process improvement.
