Zarea Limited, Pakistan’s largest and fastest-growing digital marketplace for physical commodities, is looking to hire a Manager Finance to join their team in Lahore Cantt. The company provides a wide array of services including commodities trading, logistics, storage, financing, and data analytics, all delivered through a seamless digital platform that sets it apart in the industry. Key Responsibilities
Ensure strict adherence to corporate compliance requirements while supporting finance generation activities. Conduct comprehensive internal audits across all accounts and finance operations to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance. Perform variance analysis to track financial performance and deliver actionable insights. Prepare monthly financial reports to aid management in making informed decisions. Efficiently manage working capital and optimize liquidity to sustain smooth business operations. Assist with external audits, taxation matters, and regulatory filings as required. Provide financial guidance to management with a focus on cost optimization and risk management strategies.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CMA, or a Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting. A minimum of 4 to 5 years of progressive experience in finance, corporate compliance, and auditing roles is essential. Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), corporate laws, and taxation regulations is required. Proven expertise in variance analysis, financial reporting, and working capital management is necessary. Proficiency in ERP or accounting software alongside advanced Microsoft Excel skills is expected. Excellent analytical abilities, leadership qualities, and effective communication skills are critical for success in this role.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lahore Cantt. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. The salary package will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
